Hahaha...just ran into one of the students that was in my tandem teaching class in Tuesday. I thought Id done such a terrible job and she stopped me on the subway to say how much shed enjoyed the class and adjustment Id given her. So much joy in this experience. Perhaps the thing Im most grateful for is learning that our perceived failures are actually huge opportunities for growth and expansion making even the hard stuff seem so worthwhile. And somewhere, somehow, no matter how bad you think it is....someone will appreciate the fact that you showed up and you tried. #yogaeverydamnday
