Haibane Renmei ( 13 episodes ) It’s a Fantasy Slice of Life anime that should make you take a longer look at it , its atmosphere and characters specially most interesting one for me was the second main character Reki. Genres: Mystery, Drama, Fantasy, Slice of Life it starts with our main character named Rakka the newborn to this fantasy world as something called Haibane a creature with small wings that can’t fly and halo placed over their heads and looks like humans as in the photo and born with different ages. They are born from large cocoon and Everyone of them have dream before birth and named over it . Our main character Rakka dream was falling from the sky and Crow try to lift her up. All Haibane don’t remember anything or don’t have any memories even sometimes their own dream . they live with humans in city surrounded by holy walls that no one have the right to pass through it except birds and people called Toga for trade. Everyone in this city works for living including Haibane . Haibane work to be independent from the human of the town who loves them that they will take care of them without them working. let go to the good points and points you may dislike it :D good points : 1-) well done slice of life story which you can admire the well done environment and with suitable character for that genre 2-) it has a good idea and good environment for it and characters 3-) even it is a drama anime but it doesn’t try to make you sad or at least you feel it much more natural rather than written one bad points : 1-) it doesn’t attract people to watch it in the first couple of episode “ break the third episode rule in the bad way :D “ Recommended yes if 1-) you like to admire the atmosphere specially classical one 2-) you like the Slice of Life genre “ I don’t dislike this genre but it was a good anime “ 3-) you are very patient no if 1-) you are that one who wants active anime with epic events “ boom boom bew bew “ 2-) you can’t stand and hate slice of life genre 3-) it is anime from 2002 so you might dislike the graphics so if you are so much care about it I can say you might not like it My myanimelist rating 9/10 it will be one of my favorite because of its good way of implementing the story and message My own rating 8/10 “ when does it get to be more attractive ? “ Have fun and anyone who hate Slice of Life without good reason run away from this post
