Hajiya Amina Namadi Sambo and Hajiya Nana Kashim Shettima assisted displaced Women and Children in Borno I care Women and Youth Initiatives, a pet project of the Wife of the Vice President Hajjiya Amina Namadi Sambo is collaborating with Hajjiya Nana Kashim Shettimas SWOT Foundation to provide solace to displaced persons in Borno. In their effort to give support to some victims of insurgency, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Womens affairs Hajjiya Ladi Bappa had on Saturday led some officials of the two Organizations to Yerwa Government Girls Secondary School, NYSC Orientation Camp and Chad Basin Primary School where they distributed the sum of N5000 to each and every displaced woman and children at the various Camps on behalf of the two Organizations. Many of the beneficiaries who are mostly from Bama and Dikwa thanked the Organizations for coming to their aid at their time of need. Prayers were offered by the beneficiaries for peace and stability in the state in particular and the nation in general.
