Two of the houses sworn to Amel were fighting alongside the Nersallians in Red Reach to keep the Nesaks bottled up. “Yes,” she told the medic. “I can come with you right now.” He clapped her shoulder, beamed a smile that brought his lined weary face to life, and set off at a run.
