Half way through clearing public FB inbox messages...pant pant. Give me a 10km run any day :) Will have to clear my own FB page inbox soon as well. Apologies. My FB is pretty much OMO so it can be rather intermittent. Many of the issues can also be taken up with the relevant agencies as well so do search online, itd help if you explore those avenues first. Challenging for me to be the initial one stop shop. Thats why we get up to 10,000 calls a day at MOM call centre, which is already one of the biggest in SG...many queries can be self helped but it clogs the system. BUT, would be happy to help if there are road blocks. I would add this, a few have made claims about the agencies and have been quite aggressive in your statements. Where there are lapses on our part, we have largely addressed them and processed. But in a few instances, some of you have provided me less than the full picture and investigations reveal otherwise. Some take to lacing the mail and messages with threats and abuse. Dont. Lets deal with things sensibly and keep it at that level. Tks! Off to the FINA event...
