Hamilton & MacLean! Saturday, April 26th | 9:30 pm | Tides Theatre femprovfest Veteran improvisors Rachel Hamilton and Kimberly MacLean team up in this not to be missed duo! Rachel Hamilton is an accomplished Improvisational Actor, Storyteller and is widely regarded as one of the best Improv teachers working today. A former Mainstage cast member at The Second City, Chicago, Rachel learned her craft from and with the best, having shared the stage with geniuses like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Rachel Dratch, Scott Adsit, Nia Vardalos and many more incredible artists. Kimberly MacLean has been a consistent presence in Bay Area theatre as an actress, director, singer, improviser, and instructor since moving here in 1991. In addition to her ample work in more traditional & musical theater styles, her love of improv has brought her to work with several Bay Area troupes. She has also appeared in a handful of indie film shorts and television pilots (The Council, My Top 8) and in 2013 as Tina in “All the Others Were Practice”. Kimberly was a founding member of the improv, sketch, and short film phenomenon The Last Laugh, San Francisco. She is also proud to be a producer of the San Francisco Improv Festival.
