Hamilton Police Division Two Detectives continues to investigate two separate Indecent Act incidents. Investigators are releasing images of the suspect and a suspect vehicle. The vehicle in question, a silver car engaging in a three point turn, is captured in the attached images. The Hamilton Police Division Two Detectives continues to investigate and ask that anyone with information to call Det McNaughton and Det Woodard at 905-546-2917. Background: The Hamilton Police Service Division Two Detectives are investigating two separate Indecent Act incidents which are believed to be related. Police are looking for the public’s assistance in attempting to identify the suspect in these matters. On Monday July 28th at approximately 9:30 p.m., an 18-year-old woman was walking in the area of Mount Albion Road at Albright Road when she took notice of a man standing on the north side of the road staring at her. As she approached the man he attempted to get her attention by whistling at her. The woman ignored the whistling and continued walking. Suspect he attempted to get her attention by whistling at her. She continued to walk and made her way through a nearby parking lot. When she came out of the lot she observed the man standing ahead of her exposing himself. The woman ran home and reported the incident. In the second instance the male was observed in the area of Congress Court at approximately 8:50 p.m. The male was observed performing an indecent act while he positioned himself between parked cars. The subject of his attention was two young children playing nearby. When the parents of the children realized what was happening they gave chase to confront the suspect who then fled to a nearby vehicle and drove away. The suspect in both incidents is believed to be the same and is described as a white male, medium build, 5’11”, 165lbs, spiked hair, wearing a black dress shirt and dress pants. The Hamilton Police Division Two Detectives continues to investigate and ask that anyone with information to call Det McNaughton and Det Woodard at 905-546-2917.
