Hamlet FAQ (for the manyyyyyyyy of you who are asking). No panic, many tickets are not for sale to either red or orange members, so Im sure youll all be fine. Red can buy already, Orange from Monday, general public from Monday 11th Many membership cards (especially foreign ones) werent accepted by the system yesterday, in case this happens to you call them straight away and theyll let you book on the phone in no time (they are very friendly and efficient) There is no confirmation email if you book on the phone, youll have your order number though, to be shown on the date together with your ID and credit card details. Tickets can be collected on the date or posted (if you choose them to be posted, theyll be sent more or less one month before the beginning of the show). Even if you are not a member you can have a look at the seating plan by joining the queue on the Hamlet page, just to get a general idea and if you can access it immediately, otherwise there is no point in waiting if you cant buy yet. Premium seats have no perks. Anything else? Feel free to ask and Ill be happy to answer IF I know the answer!
