Handstand Challenge Day 16: Head Arch, Tuck, and Handstand position × 10 cycles. I worked with a gymnastics coach yesterday whos helping me with my hand balancing skills. Super humbling to have an experienced set of eyes on my form. Apparently my shoulders and chest are not as open and abs not as tight as I feel like they are when Im inverted. Having her see that will help me plan my practice better. LISTEN TO YOUR COACHES, FOLKS!
