Franklin Street. 1502: Fraud reported in the 200 block of Eichelberger Street involved an attempted check cashing scam. 1546: Missing person reported in the 400 block of Moul Avenue involved a 12 year old female who was later located. 1646: A 68 year old male of no fixed address was arrested and charged with criminal trespass following an incident reported at a business in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. The subject was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 2028: Disturbance reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue involved a firework that was set off. 2322: A 20 year old male of McSherrystown was cited for underage drinking following a disturbance that was reported in the 300 block of Baltimore Street. 2335: Disturbance involving loud music was reported at a residence in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street. Saturday, November 2, 2013; 0237: Disturbance reported at a residence in the 100 block of Clearview Road involved a group of loud subjects who were located and warned. 0922: Harassment by communications occurring between two women was reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street. 1813: Suspicious male and female reported to be going door-to-door soliciting in the 200 block of Filbert Street were not located. 1943: Disturbance involving a dispute between two motorists was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive. Sunday, November 3, 2013; 0122: A 40 year old male of East Berlin was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Broadway. The subject was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 0952: Criminal mischief reported at a business in the 900 block of Carlisle Street where a door was damaged overnight. 1226: Criminal mischief reported in the 200 block of Centennial Avenue where the tires on a parked vehicle were punctured sometime overnight. 1321: A charge of disorderly conduct is pending against a 17 year old male of Hanover following an incident in the 300 block of Clearview Road. 1523: A 33 year old male and a 33 year ols female, both of Hanover were cited for harassment following a domestic dispute reported at a residence in the 400 block of Carlisle Street. 2322: Missing person reported in the first block of Third Street involved a 15 year old female who runaway from home.
