Hans and I noticed a few months ago that we could eat the pizzas at a local organic pizza restaurant (Flatrock Village Bakery) without ill affect. We had almost given up eating wheat anywhere because of how bad we felt afterwards. Neither of us tested positive for gluten sensitivity but non organic wheat made us feel awful. I have been reading about this research (discussed below) and I believe the mystery of wheat toxicity has been solved.
