Happy 10th Birthday to Jacob!!!! I cant believe you are 10 already. I feel like it was just yesterday that Dad and I went to the hospital. We love you so much! You make us smile, laugh and scream all in the same breath!! We couldnt imagine our lives without you. Always stay as sweet and fun loving as you are today!!
