Happy 2015!! Interested in seeing the manuscript of The Light of Men before I go to publishers? Hopefully that got your attention.... I am hoping 2015 will be the year that I get The Light of Men accepted for publication. As I mentioned, I finished the first draft and after taking some time off for the holidays, I am now starting the glorious and tedious process of editing. This manuscript needs to get a toned butt and abs for the new year! :-D Heres where you come in. Writers these days enlist the help of beta readers - people who read the manuscript and provide suggestions before I try to find an agent and publisher. Now, the book isnt ready just yet, but I wanted to put feelers out to see if there would be interest in taking a gander at my manuscript and giving me suggestions. Some people in my family have already expressed interest in taking a look but they might be too gentle. Ha! I think having a couple of beta readers and also at different stages would be enormously helpful. So what do you say? Want to help a sister out?
