Happy 49th Birthday Baby♥ I wish I could see those grey flecks turning to silver bands and those lines around your eyes only makin u look stronger ...wiser. Funny how it happens that way for men n not women, lol. Thats how I see u - with the sun lighting up ur brown eyes - so handsome. I remember the first time I heard this song - u had been tellin me to listen to it, but I could never catch it on the radio. Then one night - it was just u n me on the tailgate in front of a fire drinkin a beer n it came on. You sang it to me horribly, lol...but I loved it n corny as it may be - it fit us perfectly. Although they dont play it too often anymore, I havent been able to listen to it when it does come on- I have to change it cuz it just hurts. But today I listened all the way through n yeah I feel that tightness in my chest n stinging in my eyes, but it also put a smile on my face - remembering that beautiful singing of yours, lol.
