Happy Birthday Icing Smiles, Inc. !!!!! Icing Smiles is an international organization based here in the USA- and I am a proud member of this amazing group. We provide cakes for children with terminal illness and also those to their siblings... This mission started out only 4 years ago - can you imagine that ? Only 4 years young and we have continuously grown and have provided over 4,000 cakes to families!
