However, even I can identify the magic you caused with some of your songs (sadly, I am not too familiar with your Marathi songs; but I think my dearest friend and course mate Milind Madhav Hastak and Sangeeta Potnis Shah will fill that gap). Your most remembered song by me is the one on which N Dutta composed the music and Sahir Ludhianvi penned the lyrics. It is from the 1959 movie Didi. The song is as fresh with me today as it was when I was merely six or seven and I saw the movie with my parents. Besides your singing I think Sahirs lyrics too are superb.
