Happy Birthday sweaty Steve! Victor Harbor this morning. Started off raining but ended up beautiful! Workout : Warm up including walk/jog , lunges, incline push ups, lunge walks. Hill sprints : 2 x 10s, 2x15s, 2 x 20s, 1x 30,45,60s, jog back to bottom of hill after each one. Walk/jog 20 min with 3 x 10 push ups. 3 sets of 100 stairs up and down for Steve!! Walk to warm down Great workout everyone. Remember you need to sweat and feel the intensity 3-4 x week. For 10 weeks of workouts and a simple eating plan go to lisacurry.au
