Happy Chinese New Year! The Year of the Horse is upon us. Take this opportunity to show what you are made of and register to compete in the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. I registered. Not because I think I will make it to the Games. Not even close. Not even to compete with others. But to put myself out there, my scores and what I am capable of doing, whether good or mediocre or just plain bad, to not be afraid of being judged, but rather to revel in the kudos that the community bestows upon me and every other athlete that puts her/himself out there. To be part of it, in however small a way it might be. To push me to be better than I was yesterday.
