Happy Christmas Eve to all my dear family and friends at this magical time of year.. anyone around in Scotland welcome to pop by over the Xmas season.. on Jan 2nd I will be speaking at a meeting in the friends Centre in the lanes in Brighton, doing a kind of report on the year which has been a quite busy year for me.. so if you are based in Brighton or London or thereabouts do come along.. from 2-5pm, and share a cup of tea and a mince pie and a glass of sherry in honour of my late mother, Eileen Daffern, who was born on Jan 1, 1914.. there is an exhibition at Brighton Museum about Wordl War One which includes some of her memorabilia.. most of her peace archives are up here at the Castle.. meanwhile, Happy Christmas Eve.. a time to reflect on exactly what this birth of the Logos means in our lives..
