Happy Faithful Friday! Well, its been about 50 days and some change since the Team Freedom train boarded and this morning, I hopped on the scale just to see not only how my DECISION to live a healthier lifestyle but also how the DECISION to be CONSISTENT with my physical activity would weigh in & to my surprise......I have lost a total of 22 pounds and 6 inches but more importantly, Im leaning, depending, & trusting God more & more because it is through expanding my faith that I encounter FREEDOM in every aspect of my life! WOW, I have MOMENTUM and its amazing to see what a DECISION, COMMITMENT, & CONSISTENCY will do😍 What has God told you to DECIDE on, COMMIT to, & be CONSISTENT through? Will you trust Him even when you cant trace Him? He will never bring you to it if He doesnt have a plan to bring you through it!
