Happy Friday Life Speakers! What an amazing week we have had thus far, and even greater is coming! Expect it! Praise God! Don’t get cut off! 2 Any branch in Me that does not bear fruit [that stops bearing] He cuts away (trims off, takes away); and He cleanses and repeatedly prunes every branch that continues to bear fruit, to make it bear more and richer and more excellent fruit.3 You are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you [the teachings I have discussed with you]. John 15:2-3 Amplified There are two different things discussed in this verse; one is being separated (cut off) and one is cutting back (prune). Cut off and cutting back. Everything we face in life is not the enemy trying to attack us, sometimes it is God pruning us, purging us, disciplining us, strengthen us, cutting us back so that we can grow in character and faith. Men and women of God, we must take the word of God seriously and to heart. He means what he says. Heaven and earth will pass away, but His word will REMAIN. If He said it, God is not a man that He would tell us a lie. When a tree bears no fruit, but it’s a tree that is supposed to be bearing fruit, then it becomes worthless for what it has been created to do. God created you to bear fruit. God created you to be fruitful and multiply, and that’s just not about having more and more babies. That’s also about multiplying in the Kingdom. We have to understand that when God created us to bear fruit, we minister to others who will bear fruit, then others that will bear fruit and it’s passed down generation to generation. If we are not bearing anything, how can that which is connected to us bear anything, because we will be cut off. It’s time to bear fruit! Get into the word of God that cleanses you, that teaches you, that prunes you, that purifies you, that gives you new life and GROW! Amen!
