Happy Friday!! No more crutches!! I got a new knee brace, a cortisone shot and I have physical therapy now. MRI shows no tears to my ligaments just extremely strained. Lots of therapy and then if consistent pain continues-exploratory/repair surgery on ACL that might have a tear the MRI didnt show.. I am so thankful!!! Praises to God for healing!! 🙏 Even the bad days are good!! Count your blessings.. Everyday..
