Happy Full Moon! So, the whole blood moon thing. Interesting religious metaphor. The moon turned to blood...yeah. Moon turns orange every eclipse, and every time, people refer to it as turning to blood. This moon (April) is the full pink moon, or fish moon. This is very interesting, considering the energy involved. Religious folks, are looking for this moon to be a sign of the apocalypse. Us folks, look at the eclipses as gateways. Full Moon, and at the same time, dark moon. Nox umbra...the deepest shadow. Pregnant Lilith. Lots of discussions about how there are obstacles to overcome, understand, thinking outside of the box. This is the moontime where the fish begin to swim upstream, against the tide, to mate. They swim against the flow, to do one thing...create. So, here we are, standing in the paradox of an eclipse, the aftermath of an apocalyptic blood moon, the gateway, the womb of the mother, the upstream creation grounds. Walls and blockages say what have you missed., what are you willing to change/sacrifice, think/feel outside the box. For me, its always been be yourself. know yourself. ...and the spiral tightens. As for blood moons being apocalyptic...seeds splitting, shoots pushing up through the soil, creation itself, is a pretty destructive process as it is. The energies this full moon are ripe. Very powerful time.
