Happy Happy Monday from beautiful Esalan institute! Obviously we are called to love, help, and support and encourage other people. But one very common mistake many of us make is trying to make someone else (or everyone else) happy. It just cant be done. Instead we need to turn our attention to our own goals and dreams - things that we feel passion for - and by doing that we teach others, by example, how to seek happiness for themselves.
