Happy Happy New Year prayer warriors. Thank you all for being so loving and supportive. This is a long journey that will not be over in a few days, weeks or months. Your support in the long haul is so wonderful. Ive been in the coal of the fire battling a disease I cant see. I cling to Christ as I pray for clarity and strength. We are learning so very much about our bodies immune system. And how important it is to have a super strong immune system. I work hard everyday to do all I need to get my body strong and healthy to fight these abnormal cells in my body. I cant wait to share about everything that we are learning. Its all amazing. As we celebrated Christmas I was overcome with so much emotion. I am such a positive person but Im also human and I noticed that every holiday since my diagnosis I wonder if its the last one my children will remember with me. Or when Holly is laying next to me while Im doing a treatment. Its like a Hallmark moment. Ones that you see in a movie when someone is suffering. I feel like Im living a Hallmark movie. So I fought those feelings for a few days. I would pray my way through them knowing God is in control. He knows it all. It made me think about how NOTHING matters when your dealing with cancer. I mean NOTHING but God, family and friends. Not all the petty stuff that we all deal with everyday. Im dealing with cancer but none of us have ANY guarantee. None of us know when its our time to leave this earth. Why dont we all live like its our last day. Love like its our last day. Forgive like its out last day. If it is your last day, do you know where your going? Im so grateful that I know Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I know where Im going someday. Im going to Heaven where Ill reunite with my babies and with loved ones to praise and worship Jesus Christ for eternity. There will be no more pain and suffering. Jesus died for our sins and rose again three days later. He conquered the grave. If you know Jesus as your personal Savior then you Know the super natural peace of the Holy Spirit. If you dont know Jesus. I encourage you to search after Him. Dont wait. Jesus loves you and He will always be by your side. Have a blessed New Year family and friends. Love, Gia
