Its nice to be kindhearted and charitable with the desire to assure everyone has everything they need but you need to take care of your dreams first. When these acts of kindness results in unhappiness leading to sadness and depression brought on by self-imposed sacrifices Im not buying into the bullshit anymore. Ive done this, and in the end all it got me was having to come to terms with a few realities of life. • Happiness has to come from within and if youre not happy its impossible to make anyone else happy. • You only get one shot at life. There are no second chances. • Regrets comes from not having a crystal ball and the inability to let life roll off your back like a duck does water. • Life is what it is, and getting old most definitely is not for wimps. • Its doesnt get better with age. You are soon forgotten about and treated in the same manner as humans treat livestock raised for consumption. - This was the hardest lesson learned and if I would have known this was the way it was going to be, Id had lived life completely differently. I would have definitely been more into myself. At this point in time I’m going to stop telling you what I really think or how I feel simply because there are no words other than vulgarity and / or sign language that could effectively express my dismay, and the bottom-line is; no one gives a shit. Sadly we all start out very happy as infants only to have time and lives hurtles snatch that happiness away. The reality is, it isn’t all good as many of you are lead to believe no matter what people tell you. Its just a matter of how you deal with each misfortune of which many are like a roller coaster ride where in my case there were a hell of a lot more down turns than ups swings and the ride isn’t over yet.
