We are going to share some #smoothie #recipes that have been entered into our Scrumptious Shape-up Smoothie #Contest This recipe was submitted by Lauren from FL: St. Paddys Protein Smoothie Yield: 1 smoothie Serving Size: about 10 oz Calories per serving: 147 Fat per serving: 4.8 Protein: 3.8 grams Ingredients 1 C fresh spinach 1/2 medium frozen banana, chopped 4 whole frozen strawberries (can use fresh if you like) 1 t Bobs Red Mill Black Chia Seeds 1 t Bobs Red Mill Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 C Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk (any milk will work... you could even use coconut water or juice instead) (From Lauren) Need: Blender or my favorite: a Magic Bullet! - I seriously use this for everything!
