Happy Monday Yogis!!! Hope you had a fabulous weekend!! It was so nice to see alot of returning faces at the studio this weekend!!! A great lineup as usual today..... 9:30am Renewal Flow with Joanne and then Kristin is on for all 3 night classes - subbing 2 for Kristy who is basking on the beach in Cuba!! 5:30 and 6:45pm Energy Flow and then her usual 8PM Hot Power Flow!!
