Happy Monday morning! What are you up to today? My morning started bright and early with AMRAP (as many reps as possible) with Becky. In between activities is 250m on the rower, also as fast as possible. The goal this workout was to beat my reps the last time I did this. And I did! Although my burpees are still pretty pathetic.. I was so happy to see my results! Ive been seeing it on the road too. Theres a lot of different ways to get to the finish line...might as well have fun while were doing it right? And repeat after me: Endurance is endurance! Have a fabulous day! Stay cool...
