Happy Monday my crunchy friends :)! We ate all our granola (I say we, but it was mostly me...). I made some of it into granola bars (omg!) and those are also gone. Last week I added more frequent juicing into the mix and what a difference. I still started my day with a hot lemon water, then a juice, then a small portion of homemade granola or homemade spelt oatmeal with almond milk and berries. I LOVE juicing and cant wait to continue with this healthy habit. Best time to have a juice is first thing in the morning, nutrient blast to start the day. My fav is the mean green but I made pineapple orange grapefruit, cantelope orange, carrot apple ginger, or a mix of 80%veggies to 20% fruit. Each juice makes 2 portions so when matts not home I save the second portion in a mason jar to go with my lunch :) Whats you fav healthy snack or juice?
