Happy New Year:)! It is hard to believe another year has passed and we are already into 2015. May this be a wonderful, loving, Encouraging, grace filled year for all of my friends:) My dad and mom are smiling down today, encouraging us all to run our race and finish our course. We have an awesome cloud of witnesses cheering us on in the Grand Stands of Heaven, along with your friends and loved ones that have gone before us. I want to encourage you to use your gifts and talents in greater ways this year to reach out to those around us. You all have so many gifts and talents and abilities just waiting to be used for someone elses life. I remember when taking a class from Florence Littauer years ago how she spoke about how we all have Pauls and Timothys in our lives. Meaning at times we are like Paul to people in their lives( meaning we mentor and encourage them and speak into their lives and give of our talents and gifts and the anointing God gives us to share. The other part is that those recipients are like Timothy. He was the one being mentored by Paul who encouraged him. We too need to have those who encourage and speak into our lives to bless, come along side(I call Jesus with skin on people-helps you get through hard times and there in fun times too)..encouraging every step of the way..seeing you cone up higher in life and your walk in Christ. We each play these roles in our lives and I encourage you as many of you have been licensed or ordained by Jesus For Life Ministries and mom and dad in yrs passed, to continue in your callings this year... We have some plans to continue the work they started through Jesus For Life Ministries this yr. Since this is the beginning of a New Year and New Season for Jesus For Life Ministries, I would like to share a few things with you to pray over for our ministry. Already completed:Progress made: New Bank Account set up correctly with Incorporation now. Will work on online giving soon to be established for those who want to see mom and dads life work continue to bless others and their legacy continue.. Prayer Needs you can pray over: 1. Need computers hooked up in ministry room to be able to print giving receipts when people give. 2. Need volunteer to help organize and go through JFL things from dads passing and organize better and get scrapbook/ ministry room for women organized. 3. Someone to help go tapes to get taken to cd and listen to messages to get duplicated on cd and mp3. 4. Dads dream-Volunteer to Create a website for JFL Ministries. 5. Someone to coordinate on a list all those who have been licensed and ordained and follow up to find out who has been and their addresses. 6. Funds to get computers up and running for ministry womens room for those overcoming life altering illnesses and want to scrapbook and have ladies bible studies there. 7. Funds for Search for Significance books to give away to those women and teens that cant afford one. 8. Funds to have dads book reprinted. 9. This year we helped two children at Christmas with life altering illnesses ( leukemia) to have Christmas gifts..we would like to continue this ministry at Christmas and throughout the yr. 10. We would also like to raise funds to help support joyinthecause.org, a 501c3 that helps visit people with life altering illnesses with a therapy dog named Mavis Pearl. The reason this is so dear to my heart, is most of you know my dad had struggled with being home bound a lot at the end of his life the last few yrs with health challenges. He would have loved reaching out to others and ministering to them the way Lisa and Mavis do. I would love to see us get more involved in her cause as a group of believers supporting JFL ministries. 11. In the future, praying about a JFL cookbook, where part of funds goes to projects like, joyinthecause.org, and helping in sone for Go Red For Woman in honor of mom and maybe holding sone classes on nutrition as part of dads better health for better living part of the ministry he dreamed of having and he and mom started traveling and teaching on. We love all of you, and as daddy often closed most of his letters I typed... I thank God in every remembrance of you. Please feel free to message me or comment here. Thank you all for your prayers and support. We love each and everyone of you and I pray for you often:) In His Love and Service, Theresa (Lupardo)Stewart
