Happy New Year and a few words of advice...Dont get too far into the New Year without putting some thought into what you want to accomplish in your life this year. On December 26th, I wrote a business plan. I Havent done this in years but I recall, many of my best years came as a result of knowing where I was going and having a written plan in place to follow. I submitted my plan to a few people who have a vested interest in my success and asked them to hold me accountable. I found some simple business plan templates online that were easily adaptable to my line of business. It doesnt have to be elaborate to be professionally done and just took me a couple of hours. Its good to do this for your personal goals, as well. Write down the things you want to see accomplished this year and share them with someone who believes in you and wants to see you become the best you possible. Accountability is one of the strongest things you can put in place to increase your chance for success in 2015! Last but not least, pray for guidance, endurance, flexibility and grace as you use your skills in the marketplace. The divine appointments with your contacts could be spiritual instead of monetary. Look for the God moments and follow His lead as you work with people. This is the secret to happiness, fulfillment of purpose and success for a Christian in the Marketplace.
