Happy New Year everyone! I shared my testimony in church, but now want to share here. 2014 was one of many challenges. I want to thank God for bringing me out of unemployment(and taking care of my family during that time), and for saving my life on 2 different occasions (that I know about). I know there were other times of unseen danger but He went before me and just didnt let me see those. Back in Feb, I shared the story of Him protecting Alyssa and I when I fell asleep at the wheel and drove over 3 miles(since then, I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea). Well on Nov. 25, while on the hospital table to have an Endoscopy done, I stopped breathing, was having bronchial spasms and had to be masked. God spared me, and I am so thankful!! These near death experiences mean even more to me as I hear of more and more deaths everyday. We know so many who have gone on in the last 3 weeks, suddenly and unexpectedly. These have not been old people either. Several have been under the age of 60 and at least one I know of was younger than me. I pray that He will continue to strengthen me in 2015. I will stand for Him and those I love. I cannot continue to sit back and not share His goodness and mercy. I will continue to stand strong for those who are treated wrongly and pray for the perpetrators of the wrong! It is time to get our souls ready to meet Him because we dont know when it will be our time! God Bless You All!
