Happy New Year loves!!!! As the year begin, we start setting new intentions and goals. One of my intentions is to keep inspiring you all through Yoga and music. Life is not easy, and we all need a little support at times. Yoga has been my greatest support, and by maintaining a strong daily practice for many years, I see how much difference it makes in my life and that inspire me to share my experiences with you. Thats why I love to teach!!!! So, this year, I will continue strong with this commitment to myself, and I am also setting a commitment to you all: My commitment to you is to help you flow through the challenges of life, through music an Yoga, and this year, after much request, I decided to upload some Yoga videos on You Tube. I am offering to you an easy way to stay committed to yourself by practicing a Sadhana. Sadhana means daily Yoga practice. It is the foundation of a conscious and successful path. Sadhana is your personal, individual effort and commitment to yourself. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life. It might scare us at first to think about practicing Yoga every day. But it doesnt have to be a complex practice, just a few minutes of breathing, exercising and meditating can significantly make a difference in your life. Our bodies are changing every day. In 7 years, almost all of your cells have copied themselves, regenerating themselves and creating a whole new body, a whole new you!!! With change comes growth! But in order to change, we need to let go of the past, open our hearts to new experiences, and empower ourselves with courage and will power to take the next step! By practicing this yoga set daily, you will not only start creating a new positive habit in your life, but you will also be practicing the ability to let go, empower, encourage, heal and renew yourself so you can uncover your true potential, welcome change into your life, and propel yourself into reaching all your goals. I hope you enjoy it!!! By practicing it daily for 30-40 days, you create a new habit in life that will replace some of the old habits that dont serve you. Just by making it a routine and creating this commitment to yourself, you will start re-programing your mind and automatically making better choices for yourself. Its a science!!!
