Happy New Year to the Classmates of 1980. I want to wish you all a joyous 2015. This year will be our 35th class reunion. As people have posted to contribute ideas, we really have not finalized a time and date. With that said some of you have mentioned that the summer would be great and then some of you have mentioned to do it during Football Season at homecoming, tailgate and then Saturday have a picnic at Lawton Park with everyone bringing a dish. Saturday night, we have had people researching pricing for rentals and catering. It will be an expensive task to rent, cater and have a DJ. In past reunions, we have not had a great turn out, simply put that it was too expensive and people did not want to spend the money. With that said, this is a reunion for all of us to participate and give input and get a plan together. So please comment below and list your input on what would be your options. Kaye Steen Benson Chris Ruffin and several others have made an effort to try and start a planning stage and committee. So comment away and lets get the reunion rolling..
