Happy Saturday Ninja Monkeys! Ive invited a high school friend of mine to join our group for a few days. Meet Karol Robison Scully. From what I understand, and she will straighten me out, Karol found Paleo eating and CrossFit because she was struggling with medical issues. She has a gymnastics background, is a CrossFit trainer and runs a training facility. She is a bad mamajama and so is her husband - regional contender in his age group. Please ask her questions.
