Happy Saturday morning Fit Fam!!! I found this interesting challenge for those of us who crave the most terrible foods... if you can make it thru this challenge and completely clean your diet then the fitness part will come easier... There are snacks you can replace cookies and chips like for instance if you have a craving for a cookie have a banana or an apple.. I have started eating sunflower seeds you can find them at Walmart.. just the seeds without the shell.. the roasted salted ones are really good!! And they are good in protein.. Im going to tweak this challenge a little.. it says no meats but Im going to say no red meats or pork... only fish, chicken, and turkey.. the only reason I am doing this is because I participate in every challenge I post and I must keep my protein count high due to my hypoglycemia... if anyone has any questions, comments or advice please share with us below!!! I believe in all of you!!!!
