Here is the menu for the week of August 5th through the 9th: Monday: Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Buttered Corn, Pickled Beets, Dessert Tuesday: Country Herb Chicken, Apple Stuffing, California Blend Vegetables, Spinach Salad, Dessert Wednesday: BBQ Pork Ribs, Baked Beans, Cauliflower, Macaroni Salad, Melon Thursday: Hot Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Glazed Carrots, Salad Bar, Spiced Pear Cake Friday: Chicken Teriyaki, Brown Rice, Oriental Vegetables, Egg Rolls, Cole Slaw, Dessert Please remember that on August 23rd we will be having our annual fundraiser buffet to benefit breast cancer research. These buffets fill up fast so please make reservations early so we are able to accommodate you. The menu is a Mexican buffet, which has proven to be very popular in the past.
