Happy Sunday everyone! If you have kids that play sports or even basketball especially I recommend you guys evaluate these programs you send your children to instead of looking at officials when your child commit a foul or even out of control on the court. I had a parent yelling at me after her kid closelined another kid. Her daughter wacked someone the same way every time. My question is to that parent is What are you paying for when your kid makes the same mistake and has barely played. Because I cannot change the rules when your kid shoves it tackles someone. I advise you to check out what these coaches are actually teaching if there any at all before you go yelling at a ref. A full court press at the 5th grade level each other whacking each other trying to run a play. A referees job is to make calls. A coachs job is to teach. Its amazing how someone can pay $500-$1000 for a program for their child with limited instruction but always yell at the ref for what the actual coach should be properly instructing. I will never knock the system but i will call out someone when they are sending the wrong message to these kids. Its never about me. Its about the kids. Teach them the proper message before you ridicule the wrong people and waste your money.
