Happy Thanksgiving!!! Here are a few simple tips to keep you feeling well & on track today ☺️ 1. Use a smaller plate 2. Load up your plate with the veggies 1st! 3. Ask yourself if seconds are necessary... After that 1 full plate, youve surely had your fill! 4. Chew slowly {give thanks for each bite}! 5. Drink a lot of water today {well, everyday} :) 6. Workout! Even if its 10 minutes! 7. Be a desert sampler. Instead of taking a huge piece of pie for example, take a sliver, savor each bite, and you wont be miserable afterwards for over indulging. Finally, a recipe for you! Sesame Green Beans {great casserole alternative} Ingredients: Green Beans Sesame Oil Sesame seeds Sliced Mushrooms Slivered almonds Garlic Rosemary Himalayan salt Black pepper Directions: Toss beans, mushrooms, seeds, and almonds lightly in oil. Spread into a thin layer on a baking pan and lightly season with garlic, rosemary, Himalayan salt, and black pepper. Roast in oven at 425° for 25 min!
