Happy Thursday! Today is my Recoveryversary. I celebrate it as a marker to look back on the past year, and see how different it is from the year before. Let me tell you: every year just gets better than the last. This year I did so many things I couldnt have done if I was still sick: speaking at TEDx, going to Wanderlust, finally being able to do headstands and handstands, finishing school, opening a practice . . . its been an amazing year. Every year is an opportunity to look back and see how far Ive come, and to look ahead to see where I want to be next year (hopefully skydiving in Ireland). Also, how I want my life to be different. Nothing changes in our lives if we dont make changes in ourselves. While Im happy with who I am, there is always more I want to do, and more room for me to grow. Where do you want to be by this time next year?
