Happy Tuesday! Today we are going to discuss....Foods that have enormous health benefits and are sooo Gooudda for youudda! I love Portabella Mushrooms, Dont You? We are prepping a Portabella and Carmalized Oniion with Roasted peppers and tomatoes.....Then, I slice a fabulous Piece of organic Provolne Cheese to top this! Here we go....Hold on to Yo Seats.....Find Full organic Portabellas. I use about 4 of these Take the inside casing off or as we cheffies call the Gills of the Ports...I use a spoon and lightly scrap....Set these aside...Then I Take a saute pan...Drop about 2tblsp of Organic Olive Oil...Then begin to carmalize your Onions...I use red onions..White yellow...no worries.......You are slowly cooking the Onions till they begin to look translucent....Pull off the heat & set aside...I just deglaze my pan with abit more olive oil...You can Use White Wine or whatever.....I use 3cups of the following each...Organic roma tomatoes, Green & Red peppers and 1tsp of fresh organicminced garlic. Place these on a sheet tray Sprinkle some Organic Extra virgin Cold pressed olive Oil..On these....I roast these for about 12minutes @ 425 degrees....Pull then cool down..Finally, I place the portableeas on a sheet pan.Sprinkle some Olive on them...I use a Bit of italiano Seasoning with any organic fresh herbs of choice....Bake off for approx 5-9 Minutes..Pull these Also: 425 degrees....Pull and start to assemble the Portabellaa on Bottom..Then, Add the Veggies...Finally Place a slice of lettuce of choice..I use grilled romaine...Place the ports on first then add the veggies..Top this with The Provolone cheese... I often drizzle some organic gooudda balsamic Oh yeah,....This will be a Huge hit @ Any gathering! just sayin...Please enjoy! much love...This is extremely Light & healthy!
