Happy Wish Wednesday! Todays featured Muttz is Willie! Last week we received a call about this poor puppy that was hit by a car in Philly and was at ACCT. The shelter is overflowing and if we wouldnt have stepped up to rescue him, this puppy would have been put down. When faced with those difficult decisions how can we say no? So off to Penn he went to be evaluated. He was found to have bruised lungs, a broken rib, and fractures to both the left and right mandibles and will need to have surgery to wire his jaw so that it heals properly. This little guy was in bad shape. MMR put a wish out on our page to name this puppy and the first generous supporter that stepped up with a donation, got her wish and named this little guy Willie. So for Willie and our many other rescue dogs, it is our constant wish that we are able to have funds available to pay for their care. And because of our many generous donors we can.
