Happy chilly Halloween! Please remember that there is no 7 pm class tonight, just 5 pm and 6 pm. If youve completed three workouts this week, then plop down on a rower or the airdyne and do ten minutes at a recovery pace. Then, well do 65 face pulls and 65 push downs, both with resistance bands. There are four skills you can work on: double unders, handstand pushups, grip work, and muscle ups for advanced athletes only.
