Happy day 4 of the Kansas State Fair! Stardust making my daily report of the Fair! First of all, we had a fabulous crowd which sat out in the scorching sun to watch a rabbit sit in a glass hat for 50 minutes! The show went well, in spite of several hefty gusts of wind, which blew some of the props over, & we also had a new sound guy, who walked away from his station & the PA began to roar at the beginning of the show! It took him a while (seemed like forever for me! That loud noise hurt my sensitive ears), to get the situation under control, because he was messing with his phone & was a distance away from the sound booth. George, where are you when we need you?? George was our sound tech the first 3 days! Tomorrow will be better! So, after that, things got better. These are shots of the crowd gathering, Mike & Hector, The kids Hula Hooping, & the Human Vent Figure (Dummy)! We had some nice girls from Canton/Galva school interview us before the show, for their journalism class, They watched the entire show so they could report on it! Big newspaper people, THATS the way it should be done! Then after the show, we were intervied by a fellow who has a radio show, whom I cant remember his show name. I think he goes by Jiggy Jay, or Jac, oh I cant remember. Anyway, he wanted to see me close-up! What would the show be without me!I I also got to walk on my leash before the show! There were several people who took pictures of me. Best of all, we had visits from several people we knew, Rick K Pugh & his beautiful wife, Virginia, Carolyn K. Carter & her husband, Linda Cromwell Everhart, & husband Ray, & several more! Tami Atteberry Bailey,s daughter, Andeline, (I probably spelled that wrong), was there again! I wonder if they left her there overnight?? lol She was with us yesterday, & helped on stage!
