Happy new year all folks.Special greetings to the LST fraternity who kept LST rekindled despite a turbulent early to mid 2014. EXPO SIOPORT was indeed a good LST experience and I thank those who made the trip across -you have your own opinions but frankly you should be appreciating the treat we got despite losing in all sports events-which we can attribute to being over fed before the competitions.LST has learnt that to make the day more interesting we shall have to increase the cocktail on sports .Special thanks for the tireless efforts of our hosts especially John Khakhudu Agunda ; Clement M. Nyamori; Owa Luhare Mugubi;David Erulu; councillor Orada; the hosting Samia cultural group and Dr Paul Otuoma who hosted our lunch at his sprawling home in Bunandi village.-Many thanks to the many LST Ladies who made the trip-Mrs Barasa; Christine Bellah and her sister; Sylvia Nahayo;Harriet Taka Nabboro; Anyango Kasoma;Mrs Oduri and the unshakable LST (U) male gang led by Jude Ojambo Oduri; Mangeni Wycliffe Obwoya; Moses Maloba; Mageni Moris Ombworoh; Ojambo Godfrey Luleti; Ojambo Denis --to mention but the few who come to the mind ( I was also there combining as patron of Bananda and LST) -Remember what we learnt -EAST -Ebukwe--WEST -Emumbo; SOUTH-Emulambo and NORTH -E Masaba.......East-West Home is Best.....Now we pray for the next EXPO in Uganda-whose preparations have started..and details will emerge with time. Please note that we missed many mercurical LST Members from both sides as many could not be in Samia beyond 29th December.Photos will be posted subsequently.
