Happy with my curls for the most part... But I am losing hair again almost as much as with my postpartum loss... Same spots (one of my temples is looking light again)... Im not sure if my short hairs right in the front are regrowth or breakage either. I stopped taking biotin about 6 weeks ago and I keep forgetting my prenatals (still breast feeding 10 m PP). Im seating that back up though... Not sure what is up... Prior to having my son my hair loss was pretty typical. Worried that its the shea moisture or something. I cant imagine its a problem with my thyroid since I dont have any other symptoms. Guess Ill inquire at the doctor next week just in case? Anyone else experience hair loss with SM or should I worry its not my hair regimen. Im only washing every 4-7 days.
