Harrington Appeals Masebo Tribunal Finding Petitioner in the Sylvia Masebo tribunal William Harrington has filed a notice of appeal in the Supreme Court over the judge Rhoydah Kaoma led tribunal findings. Harrington contends that while the tribunal clearly said Masebo had erred in cancelling the tenders for the 19 hunting licences and also the dissolution of the Zambia Wildlife Authority it was wrong for Kaoma to state that Masebo had not gained pecuniary advantage from her actions. He said that the tribunal misguided itself by saying Masebo was not guilty of breaching the parliamentary and ministerial code of conduct. Masebo, who has since been fired as Tourism Minister by President Michael Sata, has also sued Harrington seeking to recover legal fees and also other monies spent in her defence during the tribunal. zambiareports/2014/04/08/harrington-appeals-masebo-tribunal-finding/
