Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer and 38 other Members of the United States Senate have just thrown their full support behind SJ Res 19, a legislative attempt to amend the United States Constitution and give Congress broad and open-ended authority to regulate ALL personal political speech? The First Amendment is clear: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances
