However, in Afghanistan was ion the contrary Exactly on Eidul fater day a very provocative, massage has declared by (Gulbidin Hekmatiar the leader of Hizbi Islami) that spread through his political advisor among the political party and politicians of Afghanistan. The massage has addressed to the minority especially Hazara peoples in central region and all around Afghanistan. In the main part of his massage stated that it is a big danger for future of Afghan’s political aspect. He clearly criticized from the central government and administration of Hamed Karzai for empowering the minority ethnic, (Hazara) in order to provide them especial right and allocation of independent administrative unite separate province like Daikundi province solely for hazara in central region. This would more effective for minority ethnic to becoming powerful in central part, as the minority has more powerful in northern part of Afghanistan. In other part of his massage he spooked in a very traitor and betrayer attitude , as soon as he come in power he would replace all the Kochi tribe in Hazarajat instead of Hazara peoples and Hazara people should forcedly take out from Afghanistan . While I was put in, the loop of the massage through media and by our colleague was shocked and not believing about the authenticity of the massage. Soon after I found that massage was true and there are a lot of reaction about it .hence I wanted to express my own reaction toward such kind of betrayer attitude of fascist leader in Afghanistan like Gulbodin “Hekmatiar “.
